I have been accompanying companies in change processes for more than 25 years. During this time, the models and methods used to accompany change have transformed. What has remained the same, however, are the reactions and behaviours of people to change. As long as we believe that you only have to overwhelm people with good arguments long enough to bring them along in change processes, change will fail.
When working with people and organisations, I therefore always pay attention to what is feasible, ask critical questions, provide impetus and support in the search for viable solutions. My clients and colleagues appreciate me for my empathetic, open and honest manner and for being flexible in addressing the issues that arise in the collaboration. I would describe myself as pragmatic and direct, someone who gets to the heart of things.
I am as enthusiastic about complex projects and large groups as I am about individual coaching. I love getting involved in new topics every day, learning and doing things differently. I am always fascinated when I see people who want to discover new things, try things out and learn, who are interested in their counterparts, ask questions, can listen, question, want to understand and do not take themselves too seriously.
I love turning good ideas into tangible results. Whether developing a new product, setting up a new business / division or implementing change projects - high complexity and a tight schedule challenge me. I am inspired when a project succeeds and the people involved have grown in the process.
Taking into account the given structures and framework conditions, bringing the "right" people together at one table and quickly achieving sustainable results with the leanest possible methods and in short, structured iterations of planning - implementing - getting feedback - reflecting & learning - improving. The plan is always just the starting point and then follows the dynamics of the project as it progresses. Project teams, clients and business partners appreciate my clarity, my focussed and structured work, and my trained eye for recognising the individual competences, motives and potentials of the people involved. Because experience in many projects has taught me that one thing should be at the centre of all structural or technical changes: the people who carry and help shape these changes.

"Roll up your sleeves and let's go!" - that's my motto. To tackle new things and upcoming changes pragmatically and quickly with great enthusiasm is a quality that family, friends and clients appreciate in me. I am especially motivated when I feel that I am infecting others with my zest for action and that together we are making great things happen!
I am a passionate trainer - I have a lot of useful content and methods to offer, but my approach is that these are "only" helpful offers - I want to use them to shape personal development in a self-responsible and sustainable way, and I want to inspire and move people in my training and environment.
"Your path is free, all the way to the horizon, and offers a clear view, only now you have to walk alone, no one will do it for you. The best time is always now, and it doesn't get much greener, only - you have to move yourself, because no one does it for you".
Young people with great talent, like Julia Engelmann (who became famous with her poetry slam hit "one day"), who put into words what I could not have expressed myself, inspire me tremendously and deserve my greatest respect. These lines describe exactly what drives me in life - people, events, experiences that make you realise again and again that in life you are free and responsible for your own actions. It inspires me to give others food for thought in this direction, to motivate them to become the architect of their own happiness!

People learn not only by hearing and seeing. That's why I offer them "meaningful", interactive learning settings in which they themselves lend a hand, help shape and thus discover their competences. In my opinion, personal commitment of the participants, a desire to learn, working on one's own topics are important for people to grow personally. As I often work in intercultural contexts, I have a high sensitivity for in-between sounds. My services include coaching, workshops and seminars.
I enjoy my work and I show it. And I am convinced that it is not only me. A group that laughs together grows together. In a welcoming, positive and trusting atmosphere, learning is better and easier. I am always happy to experience what people can achieve when the spark of enthusiasm ignites and they are convinced of what they are doing.
