Organizational Development

Our goal in organizational development is always to keep the corporate culture in mind and to find the most effective starting points

We understand organizations as living systems that are in a continuous process of adaptation and change.
Our mission is to consult and support you in the successful design of these processes.

Everyone knows how hard it is to change habits, even if the motivation is there. Just think of the many good intentions on New Year's Day: to finally exercise more, to stop smoking, to lose weight, to work less and to have more time for yourself or to spend it with your family. The spirit is willing, the flesh is weak, they say. So what does it take to implement and live the changes you want?

When we accompany change processes, we invite you to think about what it takes to be able to live the desired changes, which influencing factors can drive the change, support and/or accelerate and whether it should be an evolution or better a revolution, in order to then courageously go into implementation. We favor the top-down and bottom-up approach, so that everyone in the company contributes to a successful change.

Culture eats strategy for breakfast.

Peter Drucker

Anyone who wants to change and shape organizations needs, in addition to the vision and strategy, an understanding of what the company is and should be in the future.

  • What does the current culture look like?
  • What are the values and beliefs in your organization?
  • What does the corporate mission statement look like?
  • How do strategy and culture fit together?
  • Which beliefs are lived?
  • Which leadership style is lived?
  • How do we want to communicate?
  • How are conflicts resolved?
  • Do we work in open-plan offices or individual offices?
  • Do we clock in or do we have trust-based working hours?
  • Home office or presence?
  • ...
